Dear Fellow Employees,

Starting today we have a new safety eye glass program for you. 

SVS Vision Optical Centers at 4920 Milan, Road (US 250 N) Unit H, Sandusky, Ohio will be your center for eye exams, viewing and selecting frames and options, ordering and fitting of your new safety glasses.

If you wish, you can still go to the eye physician of your choice and take the Rx with you when you visit SVS to select your glasses.  A portion of your eye exam will still be paid by your insurance, however, a pre-selected number of frames will be available for you to choose from for which CertainTeed will pay. Frame selections also will include the new Wiley X type frames popular with lift truck drivers in our shipping department.  Just stop in the office and pick up an order form to take with you to SVS.

Anything other than safety eyeglasses and selected frames will be at your choice and for which you must pay.

As an added benefit, you, as well as family members, may use SVS services and receive up to a 30% discount on street wear glasses and contacts. Glasses broken or damaged during the first year of purchase will be re paired or replaced at no charge.
